That's a Wrap

And just like that, another ADRP International Conference, and my time as President, are in the rearview.

What a way to finish! Reno brought our community together around resilience and reinvention, with days filled with learning, connection, celebration, and countless conversations in between. From recognizing our International Stewardship Award recipients and Blair Scholars to exploring the many paths from engagement to leadership, I was reminded again and again of the people who make ADRP what it is.

In my time as President, I've reflected often on intention: how we spend our time, where we invest our energy, and how we show up for one another. Especially in recent months, I've found myself returning to connection, learning, leadership, belonging, and community. Conference brought all of those ideas to life.

As my term comes to a close, I'm deeply grateful to our members, volunteers, partners, board, and staff, and for the privilege of serving as your President.

My presidency may be wrapping up, but my ADRP journey certainly isn't. I'll still be here, showing up, contributing, learning, and celebrating alongside you.
