The Power of Belonging 

Belonging is a powerful thing. 

There are moments in life when we find ourselves searching for it – looking for the people, places, and communities that make us feel seen, valued, and connected. There are other moments when we are gifted the opportunity to create that feeling for someone else. 

One of the things I value most about ADRP is the sense of belonging that exists within this community. It shows up in the conversations that continue long after a conference session ends, in the willingness to share ideas and experiences, and in the generosity that members extend to one another every day. It is a community that celebrates success, offers support through challenges, and genuinely wants others to thrive. 

Belonging is not created through grand gestures. More often, it is built through small acts of welcome, encouragement, mentorship, and connection. It grows when people feel they have a place at the table and a voice that matters.
