The ADRP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee works toward a more diverse and inclusive representation of members, presenters, and programs across the organization. We strive to build a culture of action, dialogue, collaboration, and inclusion among ADRP members.

One of our main responsibilities each year is to select the Blair Scholarship recipients. We are also involved in the review of conference and webinar material. This year, we have been reviewing ADRP website content for accessibility and inclusive language.

We are currently looking for concrete ways to support the 2026-2030 strategic plan in its goals to expand access for donor relations professionals as well as improve member representation.

• Would like to incorporate DEI concepts and needs in the selection of candidates, general topics and speakers.
• Want to help ADRP welcome professional colleagues as their authentic selves and build a sense of belonging.
