About the Webinar
Gift officers must balance churning portfolios with nurturing donor relationships. But what about those key donors who may have given their ultimate gift? This session will help Donor Relations professionals map out a plan for permanent/lifetime stewardship (also called a "Stewardship Portfolio") at their institution: assigning roles, creating qualifying criteria and identifying engagement opportunities for this special segment of our donor base.
Learning Objectives
- Identify how to define and who qualifies for permanent/lifetime stewardship
- Develop a process for assigning roles and responsibilities
- Brainstorm potential communication and stewardship strategies applicable to various organizational structures and budgets
- Build a community of like-minded donor-relations professionals for future collaboration and support
