The Career Center connects organizations with professionals who specialize in donor relations, stewardship, and advancement services. Designed specifically for the donor relations community, the Career Center helps employers reach experienced practitioners while supporting career growth across the profession. Positions posted through the Career Center reach a focused audience of donor relations professionals working in higher education, healthcare, environmental organizations, social services, arts and culture, and many more nonprofits of all sizes.

ADRP members may post positions to the Career Center for $150 per 30-day listing, while non-member postings are available for $250 per 30-day listing.

ADRP continues its efforts to advance greater diversity, equity, and inclusion within the field of donor relations. To support these efforts, we strongly encourage employers to include salary ranges in job postings on our careers website.

Omitting salary ranges can reinforce existing pay gaps that persist across the fundraising profession and other fields due to factors such as race, gender, access to higher education, and other systemic biases. Including salary ranges also demonstrates organizational transparency and helps set clear expectations for potential applicants. It communicates the value your organization places on the role being advertised, as well as its commitment to employees’ well-being and equitable compensation practices.

Research also shows that job postings with salary ranges receive 30% more attention from applicants.
